This offer is only for Registered IRCTC iMudra users having a valid card issued through the IRCTC iMudra app.
In the event of any cancellation or refund, full or partial, of the order for which the payment is made:
If such cancellation or refund happens prior to credit of the cashback then no cashback shall be credited
If such cancellation or refund happens after the credit of the cashback then the amount of cashback paid shall be deducted from the refund / cancellation and remining amount shall be credited to the IRCTC iMudra card of the User
Cash back amount shall be credited within 3 (three) working days from the day of successful completion of the transaction.
Amount of cashback shall be at the sole discretion of IRCTC.
The decision of IRCTC in case of any dispute shall be final.
All usage terms and conditions of the IRCTC iMudra app shall continue to apply.
